Job Summary
Digital Product Manager UI/UX at The Consortium leads the definition and delivery of tech-enabled products from discovery through growth. Owns product vision, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, manages programs and product lifecycles, advocates for product management best practices, and contributes to marketing and customer acquisition efforts. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of relevant product management experience, hands-on experience with software development concepts (web/front-end/back-end), and proficiency with data-driven, Agile, Lean build–measure–learn methodologies. The role emphasizes user-centric discovery, roadmap development, stakeholder collaboration, and a growth-oriented mindset with a focus on improving financial health and well-being for low-income, older adults.
Required Qualifications
- Min. bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated experience in product management of digital products including roadmap definition and prioritization
- Experience in software development with understanding of web, digital, front-end, and back-end applications
- Proven ability to lead product strategy, develop roadmaps, and prioritize user stories
- Experience in design thinking and UX/UI for digital products
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial-minded problem solver in a fast-paced agile environment
- Deep empathy for and commitment to supporting the financial health and well-being of low-income, older adults
