Job Summary
Senior ERP/SAP IBP-Supply planning consultant to lead SAP IBP Supply planning initiatives from design to deployment. Drive roadmaps and product-line capabilities, identify business and technology changes affecting the ERP portfolio, ensure integrated design and operations, collaborate with business partners to prioritize features, and lead a team of IBP delivery consultants. Engage with stakeholders across matrixed teams, train juniors, and support global transformational and deployment projects; travel may be involved. Bengaluru-based at Takeda ICC India, offering hybrid flexibility and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Commerce or equivalent
- 4-5 years of practical consulting experience in SAP IBP – Supply Planning (Time Series and Order Based Planning) with hands-on configuration experience using optimization and deep domain knowledge of SAP IBP-Supply Planning Capabilities
- Experience with 2+ full SAP Lifecycle Implementations
- Ability to govern the solution template, deploy the solution and lead/train the others in IBP functional stream
- Understand and document process flows, integration points, forms, workflow requirements impacting areas of responsibilities and collaborate with team (process leads, vendors, solution integrators etc.) to clarify vision, scope, and capabilities
- Strong SAP technical skills (IBP / ECC / S/4 HANA)
- Experience in SDLC methodology with test cases, test plans, defects, functional design specs
- Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks during certain phases
- Good understanding of SAP IBP Demand Planning or Inventory optimization is welcomed
- SAP certification within module and/or technology
