Job Summary
Digital Product Manager to accelerate partner integrations and onboarding initiatives across SquareTrade's global partner ecosystem. You will define and support the product lifecycle, collaborate with engineering and global teams to design scalable integration experiences, translate insights into actionable priorities, and influence business outcomes through a measurable roadmap and backlog. You will partner with stakeholders to align product vision with partner needs and customer outcomes, driving discovery, test-and-learn activities, and data-guided prioritization to deliver best-in-class partner, customer, and agent experiences.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Experience driving measurable business or product outcomes
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, or partner onboarding workflows (Nice to Have)
