Job Summary
Oversee and drive strategy, design, and execution for digital products and services, including managing product vision, roadmaps, customer journeys, and cross-functional delivery. Lead stakeholder communications, define success metrics (KPIs), monitor product health, manage risk and vendor relationships, and ensure alignment with business goals. Responsible for incident management coordination, quarterly business reviews, and ensuring processes, controls, and audit requirements are upheld. Leverage customer insights and analytics (e.g., Qualtrics, Tableau) to inform product evolution, optimize adoption, and deliver value across the bank’s digital ecosystem. Mentorship of team members and ensuring continuity through PTO, with a focus on security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years’ digital, marketing, product management, financial, operations and/or project management experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ digital, marketing, product management, financial, operations and/or project management experience
