Job Summary
Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and data insights to identify and diagnose problems, then prioritize features by balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. Own the roadmap for customer-facing experiences including search, browse, product details, and navigation, leading the product lifecycle from ideation through launch while writing user stories and managing backlogs in an Agile environment. Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution, define and track KPIs for product initiatives, and iterate based on post-launch performance and feedback. Maintain accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA) and site performance targets while advocating for frictionless experiences that drive conversion and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management
- preferably in ecommerce
- preferably in retail
- preferably in a digital-first company
- Hands-on experience with a modern commerce platform, such as Shopify
- Partnering closely with UX/design teams
- working within a design system
- Strong analytical skills
