Job Summary
Digital Product Manager for the Next-Gen Personalization Platform responsible for strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a real-time, AI-powered personalization stack. Own platform capabilities including real-time customer intelligence, intelligent recommendation systems, and APIs enabling personalized experiences across multiple touchpoints. Establish governance, evaluation frameworks for quality, reliability, latency, and scalability, and drive continuous improvement. Enable downstream experience teams by delivering robust APIs and platform abstractions to accelerate development. Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and dependent teams, expanding platform adoption to new domains and client touchpoints. The role requires 3–5+ years in technical product management for enterprise SaaS, expertise in AI/ML-powered systems and modern AI platform patterns (LLMs, embeddings, retrieval systems, pipelines, agent orchestration), and a proven ability to ship and scale technical products with strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of product management experience with technical platforms and enterprise SaaS products
- Experience building or scaling personalization, recommendation systems, ranking or decisioning platforms
- Experience with AI/ML-powered systems and model evaluation/operationalization
- Hands-on with AI platform patterns (LLMs, retrieval, embeddings, pipelines, agent orchestration)
- Track record shipping technical products from zero-to-one and scaling adoption
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to translate insights into improvements
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment
