Job Summary
Digital Product Management Team Manager leads and oversees a team of digital product managers, product owners, and analysts, developing roadmaps, prioritizing digital initiatives, coordinating cross-functional partnerships, and ensuring high-quality releases through governance and risk management. The role partners with Experience Design, Software Engineering, and TODD teams to plan, execute roadmap initiatives, balance feature delivery with stable operations, and drive strategic growth metrics, KPI tracking, and customer experience improvements. The position is onsite at the Riverchase Operations Center in Hoover, AL, and requires substantial leadership, program management, and financial services experience, with a focus on agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, and governance across digital products and capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- eight (8) years of business-related experience to include digital technology, product management, project management, process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis or business operations/product line or relevant work experience
- Three (3) years of project management experience in a business unit or other role
- Two (2) years of supervisory/management experience
- Two (2) years of Financial Services experience
- Agile program management experience
Desired Qualifications

- Advanced knowledge of Business Management Methodology, Change Management practices and Process Engineering methodologies
- SAFe SPC certification
- BSA/AML/OFAC/CDD experience
- Onsite work requirement ( Regions location in Hoover, AL )
