Job Summary
Senior Manager, Digital Product Management for Retail Lending Origination Journeys. Based in one of multiple East Coast/NY locations, responsible for solutioning and guiding 2-4 Product Owners to deliver customer-centric digital experiences from discovery through hand-off to delivery. Collaborates with designers, usability testers, solution architects, and development leads; leverages data to monitor success; communicates design patterns and trends to internal stakeholders and briefs legal, risk, and compliance teams and executives for feedback and alignment. Drives problem-solving within a diverse partner group, shaping problem definition and program strategy, while ensuring initiatives meet timelines, budget, and strategic goals. Requires broad cross-functional leadership, industry experience (8+ years) and management experience (5+ years); Bachelor's degree (Masters/desirable) and related certifications may be considered. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- 8+ years industry experience
- 5+ years of prior management experience
- Ability to present to legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders and executives
- Experience leading cross-functional digital teams and coordinating with Product, Technology, MIS, and marketing partners
- Experience with design thinking and data-driven decision making
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Desirable: Masters degree or higher; certifications in relevant domains
