Job Summary
Define digital product architectures and translate abstract client visions into executable backlogs, user flows, and acceptance criteria. Lead multidisciplinary project teams across UX, design, and development while managing client expectations in high-pressure environments. Act as a consultant from first contact, challenging briefs to identify real problems and proposing technical solutions that balance scalability with cost. Collaborate directly with technology partners and internal counterparts like the Foresight Lead to materialize strategic territories before development begins. Deliver a recognisable quality standard for all vertical deliverables while staying current with emerging digital product tools and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Born and based in Barcelona
- 5+ years of experience in digital product
- At least 2-3 years in an agency or product consultancy managing external clients
- Agency experience
- Hybrid career path: experience on both sides — consulting or product agency, and in-house at a company building its own product
- Solid technical knowledge of digital product architectures
- Strong product culture
- Ability to translate abstract visions into concrete architectures, user flows and executable backlogs
- Consultant mindset
- Proven leadership in complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
