Job Summary
Lead product strategy and lifecycle management for the New Life Insurance standalone and linked mortgage proposition, coordinating IT teams, CX, UX, and stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements and define MVPs. Manage pricing strategies and commercial acumen to ensure revenue goals while maintaining compliance with Risk, Legal, and Regulatory policies. Prioritize initiatives in Agile cycles, drive data fluency for decision-making, and continuously improve customer journeys using the PACE methodology. Maintain permanent touchpoints with assisted channels including call centers and branches to align targets and gather feedback. Support the adoption of cyber security practices and proactively identify new digital capabilities to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Master or bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product design
- Experience in the Insurance or Bancassurance sector
- Solid knowledge of project management
- Experience working in IT projects
- Very good oral and written English skills
- Ability to work at an international level
