Digital Product Enrichment Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise Product Enrichment Analysts to ensure product data completeness, accuracy, and standardization within PIM and ADI websites. Develop repeatable enrichment standards, templates, and playbooks; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners; monitor enrichment KPIs and deliver regular optimization reports; ensure compliance with data governance and PIM policies while supporting risk management and new module releases; drive AI-assisted content tools adoption and scalable data-quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product content management, data enrichment, and PIM environments
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hands-on experience in product data management and content standardization
- Strong understanding of data quality principles, governance, and management of both structured and unstructured data sources
- Excellent reporting, presentation, communication, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines, working independently, improving processes, and exploring new technologies
