Job Summary
Develop product strategies to make banking accessible across all platform sizes while conducting market research to identify consumer trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop consumer banking products, defining detailed requirements and managing the development process through prioritization and sprint oversight. Create comprehensive go-to-market plans, monitor post-launch performance, and iteratively optimize products based on user feedback and competitive analysis. Ensure all offerings adhere to regulatory requirements by collaborating with compliance and legal teams to manage risk. Communicate updates, milestones, and key performance indicators to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (5-10 years) in fintech product management, consulting, or a related role
- Strong understanding of consumer financial products, banking services, and industry trends
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the banking industry is a plus
