Job Summary
Lead end-to-end design from discovery through to delivery for digital products and services, shaping problems into intuitive, high-quality solutions. Conduct discovery activities (workshops, interviews, testing) to uncover insights and define design direction. Create seamless, accessible experiences with strong UX and polished UI, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver feasible, scalable outcomes. Use AI and data-backed insights to inform decisions, iterate quickly, and influence stakeholders. Mentor and support junior designers, promote evolving design practices, and champion AI-enhanced speed and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating product design across UX and UI
- Experience running or co-leading discovery workshops and turning ambiguity into clear design directions
- Deep understanding of interaction design, UI systems and patterns, accessibility, and human-centred design practices
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design-systems work
- Experience integrating AI into design workflow
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills
