Job Summary
Design, build, test, improve, and maintain modern software products across SaaS, AI, fintech, and cloud-native applications while collaborating with cross-functional engineering, product, design, and quality teams. Deliver high-quality work independently by participating in technical planning, feature delivery, and continuous product improvement, supporting Agile development practices and continuous delivery environments. Identify technical risks, recommend scalable solutions, and maintain clear documentation for distributed teams. Manage priorities effectively during overlapping U.S. business hours while contributing to software architecture, product strategy, testing, or quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience within your technology discipline
- Experience in one or more of the following: Backend Engineering, Frontend Engineering, Full-Stack Engineering, Software Engineering, Product Management, Product Engineering, Quality Assurance Engineering, Software Quality Testing
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively during overlapping U.S. business hours
- Experience working independently while managing multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making abilities
- Experience collaborating with distributed technology teams
- Must currently reside in or near Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Authorized to work in Brazil
