Job Summary
Conduct data analysis, reporting creation, and automation to support the digital product suite, focusing on pricing models, user stories, and business requirements. Analyze product data to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for product optimization and customer satisfaction. Work cross-functionally to standardize reporting, create dashboards, and conduct market intelligence research to capture and share data on new developments. Support incident analysis, root-cause documentation, and compliance-related functions while maintaining updated collateral consistent with regulations. Execute on strategy with autonomy to resolve issues quickly and develop training efforts for internal and external clients.
Required Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience
- At least 4 years of banking product knowledge experience or equivalent experience within applicable business or operational areas
- Applicants must have legal authority to work in the United States
- Work Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- This role is hybrid (Monday - Thursday on-site)
- Candidates in the Kansas City metropolitan area
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in supporting or management of Digital Banking or Treasury Management Products (e.g. Deposits, ACH, Wires, Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture, Instant Payments, etc.)
