Job Summary
Drive revenue and efficiency by guiding internal and external customers in the development of best-in-class business technology solutions; coordinate successful delivery of technology platforms; manage the technical project roadmap to ensure a steady stream of developer-ready projects. Lead requirements analysis, maintain prioritized product roadmaps, perform release planning, backlogs grooming, and deliver artifacts (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, process maps). Participate in delivery meetings, pre-release testing, feature demonstrations, and stakeholder feedback; develop functional documentation and user guides; support integration of new technology platforms into the digital portfolio. Travel >10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent, relevant work experience.
- 1-3 years of applicable project management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple projects at once, adhering to deadlines.
- Analytical, inquisitive, and innovative.
- Self-driven and proactive in nature. Takes initiative to drive long term tasks & projects to completion.
- Professional, collaborative. engaging, and outgoing.
- Strategic “system thinker” capable of understanding and synthesizing business and technology concepts and processes from multiple perspectives.
- Solid working knowledge of technology solutions as they apply to business process facilitation, improvement & automation.
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Visio MS Project, and similar tools, etc.)
