Job Summary
Lead the execution of global digital initiatives to improve process efficiency, asset utilization, and decision-making across manufacturing operations. Perform hands-on implementation and technical execution of digital transformation using data-driven solutions to reduce waste, waiting times, and inefficiencies while developing and deploying digital decision-support tools and standardized KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver training and enablement programs, manage international projects, and travel as needed. Requires strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills, plus experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, MES, and SAP;Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; willingness to travel.
