Job Summary
Deploy the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at selected plants by configuring, testing, and managing process data tools to turn raw signals into reliable analytics. Act as the site Single Point of Contact for issues on historian software and coaching data teams through manufacturing improvement projects. Write scripts to deliver consistent data for advanced analytics and define quality metrics to validate data before business reliance. Train site personnel on new software, providing on-the-floor and remote support during rollouts while refining tags and data structures alongside automation and instrumentation specialists.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience in at least one of: data collection / historians, PLCs, HMIs, DCSs, software solutions, or electrical & instrumentation
