Job Summary
Map existing workflows across Sales, MIS, Accounts, HR, Operations, Marketing, and Support to identify repetitive, manual, or decision-intensive tasks. Propose simplified, scalable process improvements using digital tools and AI, then design, test, and refine prompts, agents, and workflows aligned with business needs. Build lightweight automations via no-code/low-code platforms like Zapier or Zoho Flow, while maintaining a centralized Prompt & Use-Case Library. Work with Product and Technical teams to convert knowledge into AI-readable formats, create internal demos, and ensure content governance. Track adoption trends and prepare management summaries on progress and ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Science, Management, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Operations, Process Excellence, Product Enablement, Digital Transformation, MIS, or Technical Coordination roles
- Demonstrated experience in supporting internal business workflows or solution enablement within a technology-driven environment
- Strong process thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to understand complex workflows and simplify them logically
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI chatbots, or AI automation tools
- Comfort working with no-code / low-code platforms and digital tools
- Strong documentation, structuring, and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or no-code/low-code solutions
- Exposure to Conversational AI, AI automation, knowledge systems, or internal AI agents
- Understanding of B2B / industrial / product-driven environments
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise business workflows
- Awareness of AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI usage
