Oversee all aspects of digital printing and signage production, including large format printing, vinyl cutting, laminating, and finishing processes. Ensure efficient workflow, job scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards. Implement quality control procedures, perform regular inspections, and coordinate equipment maintenance to minimize downtime. Hire, train, and supervise production staff, set performance goals, and provide feedback. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand client requirements and provide project updates. Monitor production costs, implement cost-saving measures, and track budget adherence. Stay up-to-date with advancements in digital printing and signage technology to identify efficiency improvements.
