The Digital Print Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and offering solutions for packing and printing needs. Key duties include operating printing and binding equipment, managing logistics for projects, producing and designing print materials, and maintaining an organized workspace. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, have at least one year of customer service experience, and demonstrate strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year of customer service experience required
- One to two years of experience or a two-year degree in graphic design or a related field
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Knowledge and application of printing concepts
