Job Summary
Operate and maintain the Xeikon digital printing press to produce high-quality prints per job specifications. Set up, calibrate, and run jobs, monitor color accuracy and print quality, troubleshoot issues, manage consumables, and perform routine maintenance. Collaborate with designers and production staff, conduct tests for UV drying, ensure timely completion, and uphold safety and 5S standards. Position is 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:45PM-11:00PM).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical training in printing or graphic arts preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn printing software
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve printing issues
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
