Job Summary
Digital Print Operator to prepare and coordinate print jobs from setup through completion, operate high-speed laser and inkjet printers producing variable-data documents, perform quality checks to ensure document accuracy, stage materials, and maintain equipment. You’ll collaborate with Client Services, Sales, IT, and Production in a fast-paced environment, assist with print-to-mail processes, identify issues, and support a safe, organized production area. No prior print experience required—we provide training. Must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, follow written/verbal instructions, and work Monday–Friday with a 12:00 PM–8:30 PM schedule. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat, print software, email, and internet applications is a plus
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, mailing, copy center, or print environments is preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical equipment operation
- Experience with continuous roll-fed equipment and DFEs (Fiery, Prisma, TotalFlow) is a plus
- Knowledge of USPS postal regulations is a plus
- Ability to pass drug screening, E-Verify, and background check
