Digital Print Operations Manager

Digital Print Operations Manager to lead and develop a production team in a make-to-order digital printing environment at the Louisville, KY facility. Responsible for daily workflow management, adherence to schedules and quality standards, driving continuous improvement across print operations, finishing, and scheduling; overseeing UV roll-to-roll and flatbed printing, CNC cutting, coating, and finishing processes; managing inventory of substrates and consumables; utilizing ERP systems to track production and coordinate with design, sales, and customer teams; communicating lead times and quality expectations; providing technical insight on color matching and file preparation; and ensuring safety and performance reporting. Requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in digital print manufacturing and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field; expects occasional travel to customer sites or vendors; on-site, in-person role at the Louisville facility.
