Digital Press Operator (Ricoh Inkjet)

Operate and maintain Ricoh inkjet web digital printing production equipment. Set up printing jobs by selecting appropriate settings, loading digital files, and configuring printing parameters; operate print machines independently for all types of jobs; handle materials including loading paper, adjusting settings, and managing inventory; perform regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting; achieve expected throughput and meet hourly production standards; ensure proper sorting according to USPS requirements; reconcile/record output and use job data capture for time tracking; monitor print quality (color accuracy and consistency) and maintain a clean, safe work area; review daily schedules and report issues to the supervisor; follow all safety rules and procedures. No supervisory responsibilities. Requires experience with Ricoh VC60000/VC70000 or similar inkjet continuous web printers, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a manufacturing print/mail environment.
