Job Summary
Operate large format printing machines to create printed materials per customer specifications while performing quality control and preventative maintenance procedures. Manage daily equipment cleaning and maintenance at the start of each shift, then collaborate with cross-functional teams on large projects. Prioritize work independently to meet deadlines and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. This role involves a rotating schedule of three 12-hour shifts every four months, with options for Sunday through Tuesday or Wednesday through Friday. The Bernard Group, a 100% employee-owned visual merchandising company, offers competitive compensation including a shift differential for evening work.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- previous work experience in printing, print operations, cutting, or machine operations a plus but not required
