Digital Press Operator - HP

Job Summary
Operate, calibrate and maintain HP Indigo presses to ensure excellent print quality and machine uptime. Load rolls of film (PE, BOPP, PET and other substrates) and supply to the lamination department while performing routine maintenance and break/fix with Lead Operator or HP Technical Support. Regularly calibrate presses for color accuracy, set up for maximum uptime, verify job specifications from tickets, monitor print quality during production, and document production data into Microsoft NAV ERP. Collaborate with Prepress/Converting teams and support other operations (pouch, slitting, lamination) as needed. Requires 1-3 years of production experience in digital printing; HP Indigo press knowledge and basic mechanical skills; strong attention to detail and numerical literacy.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in production field related to digital printing preferred
- HP Indigo press knowledge (HP Operator 1 training) desired
