Digital Press Operator (Full Time)

Operate, calibrate, and maintain Indigo HP 200K and HP 25K presses to ensure excellent quality, machine uptime, and customer expectations are exceeded. Set up machines to maximize uptime, load material rolls, and confirm job specifications before printing. Monitor print quality during production, perform daily and weekly maintenance, and notify the Lead Press Operator for repairs. Input production, consumption, and waste data into Microsoft NAV and supply printed rolls to the lamination department. Communicate with Prepress, Converting, and HP Technical Support as necessary while keeping the pressroom clean and organized.
