Job Summary
Responsible for the complete setup and proper operation of the Digital Press to print to customer specifications and Great Northern - Oshkosh quality and efficiency standards. Requires collaboration with team members, attention to safety, and a commitment to quality in a climate-controlled, productive manufacturing environment. Role includes operating the press, meeting customer specifications, and contributing to continuous improvement. PTO includes paid vacation, health plan options, 401(k) match, and opportunities for advancement. First shift, Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm, with overtime opportunities and double time on Sundays. Training and growth opportunities are available to develop skills and advance within the company.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent recommended
- Ability to set up and operate digital press
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Team-oriented with good communication
