Job Summary
Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams by delivering detailed technical designs that meet customer requirements. Create and maintain effective customer relationships as a trusted advisor while contributing to the company's solutions portfolio through technical knowledge and industry insights. Shape technical direction and strategies for external customers, generate new business opportunities, and assist in deal proposal development. Apply intermediate-level subject matter expertise to solve common technical problems and work independently within an established framework. Maintain knowledge of leading-edge technologies and actively contribute to organization profitability by assisting in revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of technical experience
- Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
- without a degree, two additional years of relevant professional experience (5-7 years in total)
- sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to be individually responsible for the implementation of a specific deliverable
- ability to contribute to the design for deliverables
- ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on individual products
- ability to communicate broad and specific concepts with team and to peers
- ability to produce documentation for use by team and customer
- Hybrid work arrangement (2 days per week from an HPE office)
