Job Summary
Digital Portfolio Operations Leader orchestrates rhythms, governance, and portfolio execution for the OSCQ Digital Technology organization. Partners with the Executive Director and senior leaders to drive strategic alignment, operational clarity, and disciplined execution across digital transformation, factory modernization, cybersecurity, and compliance initiatives. Owns end-to-end portfolio management framework—processes, tools, cadences, reporting, strategy synthesis, and adoption—and ensures transparency, alignment, and measurable value delivery. Maintains leadership content across forums, drives cross-functional collaboration, and advances culture, training, and execution transparency. Responsibilities include leading operating rhythms, content for leadership meetings, portfolio governance, roadmap synthesis, executive communications, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across OSCQ DT. 20% travel anticipated.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience
- 10+ years of experience with meaningful examples of leading portfolio management, project mgmt., consulting, and/or digital transformation
- Experience building and scaling governance models, operating rhythms, and portfolio reporting
- Experience in strategic planning, prioritization, capacity modeling, and action tracking
- Strong executive communication and storytelling capabilities
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrixed environment
- Experience driving organizational change and maturing ways of working
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace/defense, industrial digitalization, or regulated environments
- Experience building or leading program management teams
- SAFe/Agile, PMP, or similar credentials
