Job Summary
Senior leadership role overseeing Digital & Platform Services Operations with responsibility for strategy, performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, capacity modeling, governance, and executive-aligned analytics. Leads cross-functional initiatives, drives transformation, ensures data integrity and control environments, and partners with executive stakeholders to optimize client/product profitability and operational excellence. Requires extensive experience leading global teams, advanced degree, and proven ability to communicate strategically with senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred; bachelor’s degree required
- Extensive experience leading large, diverse, global teams and cross-functional initiatives at the executive level in business management, operations, or consulting
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving transformation outcomes
- Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and organizational skills; adept at prioritization and managing complex, fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders at all levels; high integrity and accountability
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning; familiarity with capacity modeling and cost allocation concepts a plus
- People leadership experience with focus on coaching, development, and building high-performing cultures at scale
- Background in digital platforms or financial services operations, with knowledge of operational metrics, risk, and cost drivers
- Expertise in executive storytelling and data visualization; comfort producing executive-ready materials and recommendations
- Experience establishing governance forums and operating mechanisms for performance management and transformation programs
- Familiarity with activity-based costing systems and client profitability frameworks in complex organizations
