Digital Platform Manager (f/m/d)

Job Summary
Oversee the design, development, and optimization of Focused Energy’s external and internal digital platforms, including the corporate website, intranet, digital marketing, SEO, analytics, and social media; collaborate with Communications, Government Relations, HR, Business Development, Engineering, and Leadership to position Focused Energy as a leading deep-tech company; manage external developers/agencies, drive UX, accessibility, performance, and data-driven improvements; define and execute a long-term digital roadmap, maintain branding across channels, and support recruiting, events, investor relations, and executive communications; leverage CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, TYPO3), HTML/CSS/JS, and analytics to deliver scalable digital experiences and governance; build reporting dashboards, KPIs, and optimize campaigns; enhance executive visibility and thought leadership through digital channels; contribute to AI initiatives and digital innovation across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in web management, digital platforms, digital communications, digital marketing, or similar roles
- Proven track record managing and developing corporate websites and digital platforms
- Solid understanding of SEO, web analytics, user experience, and digital marketing
- Experience coordinating web development projects and working with external agencies
- Experience in planning and managing social media activities and content distribution
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven approach
- Excellent English communication skills
