Job Summary
Digital Performance Manager (DPM) responsible for day-to-day performance across dealership accounts, ensuring campaigns are optimized to client goals and KPIs across Google/Meta; conducts audits, translates data into actionable recommendations, supports client calls and onboarding, and collaborates with internal teams to drive ROI and upsell solutions; requires 2+ years in digital marketing, strong communication, and a Bachelor’s degree; onsite in Phoenix, AZ (downtown office) with proximity requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field, preferred
- 2+ years’ professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer success
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), highly preferred
