Job Summary
Digital Organizer at United We Dream (remote-first position) responsible for engaging, recruiting, and developing young people through digital organizing tools (email, SMS, and virtual trainings). You will manage the full digital communication cycle, including content creation, audience targeting, testing, execution, and performance tracking, and collaborate with organizers, campaign staff, and members nationwide to grow the organization’s digital organizing program. The role emphasizes ownership of email and SMS tactics, content creation, recruitment planning, member growth and leadership development, event and project management, and data-driven analysis to improve strategies. Strong writing, relationship-building, and project-management skills are essential, along with familiarity with digital tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Drive) and platforms like Action Network, Mobilize, Mobile Commons, Thrutext, and New/Mode. The role requires some in-person events, occasional nights/weekends, and up to 15% travel per month. Compensation ranges from $53,040 to $73,440 with a comprehensive benefits package. UWD is remote-first and prefers candidates in listed states but may require occasional travel to DC or other locations.
