Job Summary
Digital Ops Lead will own end-to-end product setup in Shopify, manage data integrity across ERP/CMS, coordinate product launches and assortment extensions, and perform pre/post-launch QA to ensure accuracy and a seamless UI/UX. The role involves site merchandising, analytics-driven optimization, managing collection pages, navigation, tagging, and cross-sell/upsell strategies, plus site operations including promotions, code management, and troubleshooting. Collaboration with merchandising, marketing, and tech teams to align content with launches and campaigns, with 3-5+ years in ecommerce/digital merchandising, proficiency in Shopify and Google Analytics, and a detail-focused, proactive, analytical approach.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field
- Proficient in Shopify and Google Analytics
- Extremely detail oriented, organized, and analytical
- Self-starter with excellent writing skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & Javascript
- Basic knowledge of Netsuite is a plus but not required
- Photoshop experience a plus
- Articulate and collaborative, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience within home decor, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred
