Job Summary
Manage daily operations, reliability, and continuous improvement of the web ecosystem and digital engagement platforms, ensuring Shatterproof.org remains secure, accessible, and high-performing. Execute timely content updates across the primary website, microsites, and landing pages while maintaining CMS platforms, applying patches, and safeguarding WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. Administer cloud-hosted engagement tools like Engaging Networks, configure fundraising integrations, and oversee data flows for donor journeys. Support the upcoming WordPress migration by contributing to content preparation, user journey mapping, and vendor coordination. Configure GA4 measurement, build analytics dashboards, and monitor critical metrics to drive operational and UX improvements. Maintain hosting accounts, DNS records, and security hardening while managing SLAs, documentation, and user training for cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of experience in web operations, digital analytics, web production, or CMS administration
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress
- familiarity with Drupal and Wix or no code tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- basic comfort with PHP or modern frontend tooling
- Experience administering fundraising/advocacy platforms (e.g., Engaging Networks, Donor Drive, Classy, Every Action)
- Understanding of online fundraising workflows and donor experience best practices
- Experience troubleshooting integrations between web platforms, CRMs, and email systems
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA, SEO fundamentals, and performance optimization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize incoming requests, document work, and communicate clearly across technical and nontechnical audiences
- Experience with CMS or platform migrations
