Job Summary
Lead IT/OT initiatives for First Quality Tissue facilities, developing and implementing the Operating Unit Business Technology Roadmap and ensuring projects align with business needs and ROI. Act as primary IT liaison to business departments, manage project governance and budgeting, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing IT/OT capabilities. Responsibilities include delivering complex projects on time and within budget, coordinating resource needs, managing change activities, maintaining architecture relationships to digital solutions, and ensuring security patch management. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, 5+ years IT experience (2+ years in large-scale/global contexts), strong leadership and communication skills, PMP knowledge, and the ability to operate in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Travel between FQT sites and events may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years IT experience
- experience in a manufacturing environment
- strong project management skills
- familiarity with Project Management Professional (PMP) standards/certification
- ability to work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
