Digital Operation Assistant

Digital Operation Assistant internship for an undergraduate student in STEM fields at Ricoh Hong Kong Limited. Responsibilities include supporting digital and process automation initiatives through solution design, development, testing, and implementation to improve operational efficiency; participating in end-to-end project activities (requirement analysis, business proposal preparation, presentation deck development, documentation, user acceptance testing, rollout); providing technical and operational support through user guides and staff training during rollout; analyzing user behavior and operational data to derive insights and recommendations for process improvement; assisting in AI-powered and data-driven applications including performance monitoring and feedback collection; contributing to development of AI agents and automation by researching emerging technologies and sharing findings with the team. Five-day work week with attractive remuneration and benefits. Qualifications include undergraduate status (preferably Year 3/Year 4) in STEM-related disciplines (IT, AI, CS, IS, Data Science, Business Analytics, etc.), analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with AI tools, Python/RPA/Power BI/SQL or similar tools, and strong communication and collaboration abilities.
