Job Summary
Lead product management for the Digital Onboarding (Payments) team, owning end-to-end product life cycle and serving as the voice of the customer to develop profitable products with scalable, reliable experiences. Drive product strategy, discovery, backlog ownership, roadmap alignment, and key metrics (cost, features, risk posture, reliability). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality onboarding, KYC, and client-outreach solutions for payments clients, interfacing with business, tech, ops, risk, legal, and compliance to enable successful launches and ongoing value delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key business and technology stakeholders on product capabilities and priorities
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and driving innovation for internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in managing API driven digital platforms (APIs and User Acceptance Testing)
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated prior experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Background in digital payments, especially in marketplace settings or master/sub-merchant programs
- Experience with product lifecycle planning (JIRA) and wiki tools (Confluence)
- Experience with AI tools used in product management lifecycle
