Job Summary
Deliver program-approved workshops on computer use, internet safety, and telehealth tools under staff supervision. Promote digital resources and assist community members in accessing educational materials and online services. Provide individualized coaching for job search strategies, resume building, and academic support. Collaborate with Tribal Health to reduce barriers to virtual appointments and encourage civic engagement through digital outreach. Track participant feedback and outcome information for reporting and continuous improvement. Serve full-time (40 hours per week) from September 8, 2026, to August 13, 2027, as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen, National, or Lawful Permanent Resident
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 17 years of age or older by the start of service
- Not already served four (4) or more AmeriCorps State/National terms
- Passion for community service and connecting neighbors to digital tools, skills, and opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Interest in gaining experience in community development or digital inclusion
