Job Summary
The Digital Merchandiser is responsible for managing a designated account territory and fostering relationships with store managers. This role utilizes advanced image software to capture shelf images and analyze data for actionable insights on product placement and pricing strategies. The position includes serving underdeveloped on-premise accounts as the primary sales representative, monitoring market trends, and aligning digital merchandising efforts with sales campaigns. Ongoing training is provided in selling skills and data analysis, with an emphasis on digital storytelling and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital merchandising, retail analytics, or a similar role, preferably within the beverage alcohol industry
- Excellent territorial management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients and team members
Desired Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in image processing software and familiarity with retail data analysis tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word)
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Canva for content creation and editing
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success
