Job Summary
The Digital Media Specialist develops and implements custom content on social media and manages paid social ads. Acts as a liaison between digital marketing, creative teams, and stakeholders to produce content that increases brand awareness, traffic, and leads to client websites and social channels. Owns social media strategy and works with stakeholders to fold that strategy into larger marketing plans. Responsibilities include writing long- and short-form social content, coordinating with Copy and Design teams to build content calendars, conducting content calls with practice contacts, refining social strategies with practice stakeholders, partnering with Marketing Managers, using data to optimize messaging, building and optimizing social ad strategies, and supporting other digital programs such as Paid Search and Marketing Automation.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in social media marketing (required)

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or equivalent (preferred)
