Job Summary
Digital Media Buyer to join a Lithuanian-based agency team as a Digital Media Specialist – Planning & Buying. The role focuses on developing strategic digital media plans, selecting channel mixes, budgeting, and flighting, with hands-on campaign management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and local platforms. Responsibilities include campaign execution, optimization to meet KPIs, competitive research, audience analysis, reporting using GA4, and collaboration with strategy and client teams. Requires 1–3 years of digital media buying experience, strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, GA4/GTM basics, ability to handle multiple projects, and fluent Lithuanian with working English. Hybrid work arrangement in Vilnius, Lithuania, with a permanent contract and salary around 2600 € gross monthly (approx. 34k USD annualized). The role offers opportunities to expand platform expertise within an international agency network and exposure to both brand-building and performance campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital media buying
- Confident working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Understanding of digital metrics and tracking fundamentals (GA4, GTM basics)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Structured, analytical and responsible working style
- Fluency in Lithuanian and working proficiency in English
