Job Summary

Coordinate website maintenance and functionality by working with external agencies and internal teams to ensure all digital channels are current and on-brand. Create and update landing pages for new assets, events, and announcements while executing graphic design needs for ads, social posts, blogs, and campaign materials. Manage HubSpot email workflows, organize the Vimeo channel, and support video editing for monthly campaigns and customer storytelling. Maintain system health by checking integrations and tracking digital performance across GA4 and HubSpot Analytics to inform optimization. Partner with Content, Marketing Operations, and Event Managers to support campaigns, tradeshow assets, and independent publishing workflows while ensuring accuracy and digital hygiene across platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing websites, digital campaigns, and multimedia assets in a B2B or corporate marketing environment
  • Proven experience working with WordPress, Elementor or similar CMS platforms, including page creation, content updates, and coordination with external web development partners
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
  • Practical experience with video editing, basic motion graphics, and video asset management
  • Familiarity with Vimeo channel organization and performance tracking
  • Working knowledge of email platform such as HubSpot or similar
  • Ability to track and interpret digital performance metrics using tools such as GA4, HubSpot Analytics, and platform-specific tools
  • Ability to partner and cross-function effectively with Content, Marketing Operations, Events, and external vendors
  • Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, system health, and digital hygiene across websites, integrations, and content libraries
  • Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Overtime if required by work
  • Occasional travel required
  • Professional office etiquette required at all times
  • Physical requirements: sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, climbing ladders, speaking, visual acuity, finger dexterity, listening, reaching at arm's length, and lifting up to 50lbs
