Job Summary
Capture, edit, and deliver compelling video content including student stories, event coverage, and brand moments across YouTube, TikTok, and Meta. Execute video concepts using mobile and lightweight equipment alongside professional camera systems to produce polished, platform-optimized edits. Analyze content performance using platform analytics to refine storytelling, pacing, and visual quality while ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards. Manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively to support organic and paid initiatives aligned with enrollment marketing goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Communications, Film, Marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of related work experience in creative design, marketing, video editing or other applicable role
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar), with the ability to produce polished, professional edits optimized for social platforms
- Demonstrated ability to capture and create high-quality, social-first video content using mobile and lightweight equipment (e.g., iPhone, DJI or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of social media video formats, including short-form and long-form content, particularly for YouTube and TikTok
- Knowledge of platform best practices, including pacing, hooks, storytelling structure and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to translate creative concepts into engaging video content that aligns with brand standards and campaign goals
- Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of visual composition, timing and narrative flow
- Ability to analyze content performance using platform analytics and apply insights to improve future content
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards for video content, including captions, on-screen text and visual clarity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency and quality across all content
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, take direction and execute projects with minimal supervision
