Job Summary
Lead sales market agency teams to optimize budgets and execution while driving customer growth and retention across SEM, Social, Affiliate, Display, SEO, email, and push channels. Collaborate with global performance and owned media teams to align strategies, secure cross-functional partnerships, and ensure performance investments meet profitable acquisition goals. Manage yearly performance budget forecasts, ROI targets, and local activity steering in close coordination with business controllers and regional customer activation teams. Based in Singapore, this role supports the omni journey by infusing local market insights into global tactics to seize new customer acquisition opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications
- Great leadership and business judgment skills, preferably from an international environment
- Extensive knowledge in several performance channels operations and algorithms (SEM, Social, Affiliate, Display)
- Good understanding of SEO
- Good understanding of e-mail and push
- Broad digital marketing knowledge and a strategic thinker that understand the total view for growing brands and engaging customers
- High analytical ability
- Structured, organized and efficient
- High level of English and strong in local language, both spoken and written
- Rights to work in Singapore
