Job Summary
Digital Media Coordinator for the Turbomachinery Laboratory at Texas A&M Engineering. Responsibilities include completing website updates and performance monitoring across the Turbo Lab sites, ensuring accessibility and compliance, providing primary technical support for website function and publication, coordinating with the Senior Program Manager and Turbo Lab Communications Department to build pages and distribute content, optimizing the Turbo Lab’s registration and program submission software, managing event platforms (Aventri) and on-site technical support for the Turbomachinery & Pump Symposia, and maintaining knowledge distribution for users and partners; requires ability to work with WordPress and related software, and strong communication, coding, and SEO capabilities. Preferred qualifications include experience with WordPress, software optimization, website design, and Adobe Creative Suite; bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred and a collaborative, fast-paced environment is expected.
