Job Summary
Digital Media Coordinator responsible for supporting paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo, and Facebook. Key duties include campaign setup, reporting, analysis, and optimization; ongoing QA on campaigns; keyword, placement, and market research; ad copy and banner testing; and building campaign structures. Requires strong Excel skills, data-driven mindset, and collaboration with internal and external partners; role focuses on paid search with expansion into paid social and display over time. Three days in-office; salary range $50k-$60k USD; bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications are assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Completion of Google Fundamentals, Google Advanced, DoubleClick and Bing certifications (asset)
- Experience with bulk uploads or Google Ads Editor
- Ability to build basic campaign structures on Google Ads/Bing/Yahoo
- Ability to pull reports and provide insights on campaign performance
- Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and charts
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment
