Job Summary
Technical Client Service Associate in the front office team delivering front-line support to Neovest customers via email and phone. Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to application use and configuration; providing prompt responses within SLAs; prioritizing incidents; using Jira/Confluence to manage and escalate incidents; communicating with traders, business analysts, compliance officers, and developers; reporting issues to Product Development; building knowledge base content; and analyzing data to identify underlying principles. Requires collaboration across IT, DBA, and business resources, understanding client business needs, and working to implement timely solutions, including addressing complex database performance issues and developing concept-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- at least 3+ years of experience in a financial services/software client support environment
- excellent English language skills (oral and written)
- ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and communicate effectively
- exposure to financial industry applications (OMS, EMS, FIX protocol)
- experience with IT infrastructure and Windows OS; ability to read and develop complex SQL queries
- knowledge of database access tools (e.g., SQL Server Management Studio)
- understanding of trading/portfolio management/trade operations implications
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
- team player with ability to balance leadership and support within a team
- creative thinking capabilities
- ability to understand client business needs beyond immediate requirements
- flexibility and sound judgment in limited information scenarios
